LK Training & Consultancy: Feedback Policy

Introduction

At LK Training & Consultancy, all customers are valued and the aim is always to provide high quality training to ensure all participants feel their knowledge and confidence in applying the information provided during the sessions has increased. However, it is recognized that sometimes things may not go as expected. Although it is hoped that receipt of complaints is uncommon, they will always provide an opportunity to continuously improve standards and quality for the future.

This policy outlines how you can raise a complaint and how it will be handled.

How to Make a Complaint

If you have a complaint, please contact I, Lee Kennedy, owner of LK Training & Consultancy through the following routes:

  • Contact Form - please follow this link. (This form can also be used for general comments, feedback, to ask a question or enquire about a booking a training session).

You may request a telephone conversation via the contact form and email (please note my availability is weekday evenings only).

Information to Include

When making a complaint, please provide the following information:

  • Your name and contact details. If you wish to remain anonymous and would like to make a complaint but do not require a response, please complete the Contact Form which provides an option not to provide your name and contact details.

  • A clear description of your complaint. You may wish to include the particular session(s) you attended.

My Process

  1. Acknowledgment: I will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 school days.

  2. Investigation: I will investigate your complaint thoroughly and fairly.

  3. Resolution: I aim to resolve complaints within 10 school days. If more time is needed, I will keep you informed of the progress.

  4. Feedback: I will provide you with a written response detailing the outcome of the complaint and any actions taken.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may wish to pursue your own course of action as I, Lee Kennedy, the Director, am the sole employee and there are no other persons working for LK Training & Consultancy in a paid or voluntary capacity.

Confidentiality

All complaints will be handled with the utmost confidentiality. Your personal information will be protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy on this website.
