Your personal data may also be collected should you contact me, Lee Kennedy, owner of LK Training & Consultancy via the Contact Form, or through other means of communication such as phone calls, voice messages, text messages or emails. Your name may be displayed on the screen for other participants to see when live on training sessions. You may wish not to have your camera turned on during training, and you will not be asked to share any personal data, such as the school or trust you are representing unless you wish to do so. At no time will you be asked to share any special category data such as race, ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data for unique identification, health data, or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation.

Please note that you will need to share some personal information to be able to book on to any of the training sessions.

This also includes any data or statistics relating to individual schools or academy trusts that is not already in the public domain.
